Why does my boiler pressure keep rising or dropping?
Usually a waterlogged expansion tank, a faulty fill valve or a leak. We find the cause and replace the right part.
My circulator pump is noisy or not running. Can you replace it?
Yes. We replace circulators on all common boilers, often with a more efficient variable-speed pump.
My relief valve is dripping. Is that dangerous?
It's a warning that pressure is too high or the valve is worn. Don't cap it. Call us to fix the cause.
Is it worth fixing an old boiler?
If it's over about 15 years old and needs a major part, a new high-efficiency boiler is often better value. We quote both.
Do you work on combi boilers?
Yes, including diverter valves, plate heat exchangers and flow sensors on Navien, Viessmann and other combis.
